What happened? What did you see?
Code Abby was called for trailer ramp, on TED arrival
client in a state of overdose initial SpO2 reading 80% TED staff
administered 1 IM naloxone. Client SpO2 increased to 95% room air
and refused TED services

What contributed to this incident?

Fentanyl use
